How to install in Gmail
 
     
  1. Click Copy signature above.
    2.  
  2. Open Gmail in Chrome, click the gear icon ⚙️ → See all settings.
    3.  
  3. On the General tab, scroll to Signature → Create new → name it.
    4.  
  4. Click into the signature box and paste with Cmd + V (or Ctrl + V on Windows).
    5.  
  5. Under Signature defaults, set it for NEW EMAILS USE and ON REPLY/FORWARD USE.
    6.  
  6. Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
    7.  
 
 Tip: Use Chrome for the paste step. Safari and Firefox sometimes strip the formatting and you'll get a plain-text signature instead.
